Pins in DATACT are not only for placing data on the map — they’re also collaborative tools. You can add comments to provide context or feedback and share pins with users for streamlined communication.

1. Click on a Pin

• Open the pin you want to comment on or search it using Data manager tool

2. Add Your Comment

• Type in your text (e.g., observations, instructions, or questions)
• You can tag other users and add files to the pin. The user will received an email indicating the tag in a pin.
• Click Save
