Interacting with Data in 3D
-
Appearance Settings: The standard display mode is set by default. Users can switch to High Quality Mode to enhance details and increase the point budget for improved visualization.
-
Scene Controls:
- Objects Panel: Displays a hierarchical folder structure where users can enable or disable specific point cloud files.
- Properties Tool: Allows modification of point size, shape, and opacity. Users can choose from different point sizing options: fixed, attenuated and adaptive.

- Attribute Settings: one way to observe the data is by changing the attribute option. There are rgb, classification, elevation, composite…

-
Measurement Tool: distance, height measurement or height profile are some of the tools that can be used in 3D viewer

By leveraging these features, users can enhance their understanding of spatial data and improve their environmental analysis within the DATACT platform.
