The Data Manager in DATACT® serves as a central hub for managing your geospatial data, including 2D maps, 3D models, point clouds, and pins. It was developed to address the challenge of data being scattered across different local hard drives and computers, making it inaccessible when needed. Users can upload files, navigate to specific data points on the map, and manage files by downloading, searching, or deleting them.

Searching and Filtering Data

• Search Bar: Enter keywords related to Dataset names, Pins, or Assets to quickly locate specific data.​
• Filter Buttons: Use the Dataset, Pins, and Assets buttons to display only the selected data types in your list, streamlining your workflow.​
• Time Slider: Adjust this slider to filter data based on capture dates, allowing you to focus on data from specific timeframes.​

Map Synchronization

• "Sync view & list" Toggle: When enabled, this feature ensures that only the data visible within your current map view appear in the Data Manager list, providing a focused data management experience.​
